Service Description
Chart reviews have 2 primary purposes: 1) case assessment, and 2) opportunities to improve case management. Price range varies ($50-150) depending on the desired level of detail and depth for each chart review. These chart reviews are typically performed via email, with follow-up as needed by phone. This service is for large animal veterinarians ONLY. Please become a member first for Dr. Humphreys to confirm veterinary licensure. Cancellation Policy
Failure to notify of cancellation or need to reschedule within 30 minutes of a consult on more than 1 occasion may result in the full or partial consult fee being forfeit.
